On the 2nd day of February, 2011, an Initial Application under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") was heard in the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia by Justice Heather Robertson.   The Initial Order was issued on February 4th, 2011. 

The Stay of Proceedings under the CCAA expired on April 18th, 2011 and effective April 19th, 2011, Green Hunt Wedlake Inc. was appointed Receiver of the Company by the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia (Hfx. No 342377).
